As a certified millwright, you're entitled to a wage that takes your training and your skills into account. Union millwrights belong to the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, one of the largest trade unions in North America. They work under the protection of a union cantract that includes insurance, welfare benefits and a pension.
